Des dels Serveis de Rehabilitaci\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria de Les Corts i Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi<\/strong>, de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Centre d\u2019Higiene Mental Les Corts del Grup CHM Salut Mental, m\u00e9s concretament des del Grup Antiestigma<\/strong>, fa anys que estan treballant per tal d\u2019aconseguir una mirada m\u00e9s lliure d\u2019estigma a la nostra societat realitzant petites accions de proximitat.<\/p>\n

Una de les darreres tasques del Grup ha estat l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019una enquesta per tal de con\u00e8ixer el nivell d\u2019estigma associat als problemes de salut mental, actualment present a la nostra societat. Ja existeixen instruments sobre aquest tema, per\u00f2 en aquest cas, l\u2019enquesta ha estat elaborada per persones amb diferents experi\u00e8ncies en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la salut mental (des de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en primera persona, a la professional). La intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s tenir un coneixement m\u00e9s acurat sobre les actituds i conductes de discriminaci\u00f3 que s\u2019amaguen sota cada tipus d\u2019estigma, per tal de portar a terme accions col\u2022laboratives que ens permetin millorar el coneixement i comprensi\u00f3 dels problemes de salut mental en el nostre entorn m\u00e9s proper.<\/p>\n

Aquest treball ha passat per diverses fases. Inicialment, s\u2019ha fet un treball intern de reflexi\u00f3, debat i selecci\u00f3 de temes per tal de dissenyar una primera versi\u00f3 de l\u2019enquesta. A continuaci\u00f3, un grup de persones expertes (algunes amb experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00f2pia, altres dels \u00e0mbits de la salut, recerca i universitari) han fet una revisi\u00f3 externa per tal de millorar la versi\u00f3 inicial amb les seves aportacions. Finalment, l\u2019enquesta ha estat revisada a nivell de protecci\u00f3 de dades i digitalitzada.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Us animem a respondre-la i compartir-la amb totes les persones que considereu. La intenci\u00f3 un cop recollides les dades obtingudes, ser\u00e0 dissenyar accions per continuar avan\u00e7ant per una societat lliure d\u2019estereotips.<\/p>\n
