El defensor Judicial es una persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica, nombrada por la autoridad judicial con el fin de actuar en determinados supuestos en defensa de los intereses de una persona con discapacidad que necesita medida de apoyo al ejercicio de la capacidad jur\u00eddica. Su naturaleza es de car\u00e1cter temporal.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 prevista entre otros supuestos, en situaciones en las que existe un conflicto de intereses entre quien ejerce la figura de apoyo y la persona asistida, as\u00ed como en aquellos casos de urgencia por falta de una figura de soporte.
